Historical Society To Hold First Luncheon

       The DuBois Area Historical Society will make new history for the organization by holding its first luncheon program on Saturday, Feb. 25. Activities will begin at noon in the lower level of Church of Our Savior, Liberty Blvd., DuBois.

      The guest speaker for the luncheon is Joan Hockman of Hockman Candy. She will speak about the making of chocolate candy.

      The luncheon menu will include sandwiches, soup, pasta salad, Jello salad, cake, coffee, and tea. Cost for the luncheon is $7 per person. Reservations are due by Feb. 14. Checks should be made payable to the DuBois Area Historical Society Inc. and mailed to P.O. Box 401, DuBois, Pa. 15801. Phone 814-371-9006 for additional information.
